Dan sets a very high standard of excellence that I found to be rare in the new car sales industry. Toyota of Naperville should hold Dan Gulley in high regard for his outstanding professional sales skills and dedication to customer service. I have been so impressed with Dan's ability to handle every challenge we had finding the perfect fit for our needs I would never consider doing business with any other sales person as long as I reside in Illinois. I entered the dealership to learn more about the Toyota Sienna. I had tested a Honda Odyssey earlier in the day and wanted a comparison fresh in my mind. Chris Davis patiently showed my children and me all the features on the Sienna. As a father of 4 himself, he understood immediately what would benefit our young family. He included my children in the explanations of the functions of the car and encouraged their curious nature. We are very happy with the purchase of our Toyota Sienna and the decision was made that much easier by the easy-going demeanor and attention Chris offered me and my family. More

Gentlemen: My experience at Naperville Toyota was outstanding. I was greeted by at least three people before a salesman even appeared. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Leo Lopez. Leo listened to what I had to say and made very effort to find a car to my liking. I bought a Venza which was the perfect car for me. Leo went over the features of the car with me and answered any questions I had politely and thoughtfully. We had to wait five days to close the deal because of our timing issues, but in the end, in was a seamless procedure. Leo Lopez made sure we were happy and accomodated at every step of the procedure. I also want to offer Dittos to Push.... a master of IT. He was patient with me (a senior citizen) and took baby steps through the process. All in all...you guys rock! More
