Absolutely the best service from a car dealership. Went to over 4 dealership and called about 8 before finding this place. When I called about a certain model, color, and features about the Avalon Hybrid to over 4 dealership and called about 8 before finding this place. When I called about a certain model, color, and features about the Avalon Hybrid Limited, she politely asked if she can call me back to verify that the car was in stock. After the call back, she gave me the sales manager's name and told me to ask for him. He greeted us and introduced our salesman Russ. Very friendly and I got a better deal than I was expecting on price of the car and on the trade in. The rates were competitive and the finance guy (usually horrible to work with) was actually a very cool guy that wasn't trying to shove extended warranty down our throat. All-in-all, this was by far the best dealership to work with and realized why their rating was so high to begin with. I would highly recommend this dealership and my sales guy Russ Harris to anyone looking for a Toyota. Very satisfied customer! :) More
