He was very personable, but still also remained professional. My car buying experience was definitely much more enjoyable than I had expected and I believe a lot of that has to do with Russ. Dwight Nash was my financing associate. He was great about answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns that I had. I definitely appreciate the amount of work that he put forth to try and get me a good interest rate (I've got good credit, just not much of it). I could tell that he truly cared about my individual situation. Dwight was also very personable and I enjoyed his sense of humor. I didn't really know what to expect from the financing end of buying a car, but Dwight was very helpful in guiding me through it.
