We felt no pressure to purchase a vehichle, and in fact were not going to buy on that day, but were given such a good deal that we drove our new highlander off the lot that day! Kareem made us feel extremely comfortable, and we found him very easy to work with. We have had bad experiences with a couple other dealerships, and were very reluctant to continue shopping for a new vehicle, but Kareem and Naperville Toyota changed that for us. This was most evident in his detailed review of the car with us; he even stayed over two hours past his typical time in order to make certain that he had met all of our needs. It is not often that one can be satisfied when crunching numbers and securing financing but A.J.'s pleasant and professional demeanor and his evident desire to secure a comfortable "out the door" price for us, made our interaction with him, and with Dan Wolf Toyota of Naperville, a completely positive experience. Leo introduced himself and we told him we were considering either a Corolla or a Camry but leaning toward the Camry. We have previously owned 3 Toyota's and have always been very happy with there considering either a Corolla or a Camry but leaning toward the Camry. We have previously owned 3 Toyota's and have always been very happy with there dependibility and duriblity. Leo explained that there was special financing availble on the Camry. I wanted a light colored exterior with black cloth interior. Unfortunately, Toyota doesn't put that combination in the Camry model that we wanted. Leo was called away but before he left us, he introduced us to Dave. We went to the test track and put the car through it's paces. The car handled very well when breaking hard on wet pavement and I was impressed with the turning radius. The car has plenty of speed when taking off from a dead stop. That is a requirement for me and my lead foot. I must however, point out that the railroad tracks on your test track are in NO WAY indicative to those in the real world. When we returned we went inside to see if we could agree on a price. I had no plans on purchasing a vehicle that night. I was satisfied with the agreed upon purchase price, after a couple of rounds of haggaling, and I drove out of the lot in my brand new Camry. Everybody was very good at explaining and making sure we understood the various terms and conditions of our warranty etc. Thank you for a great experience & I will recommend you to my family and friends. I test driver a couple cars to get a feel of the V6 and 4 cylinder and my salesperson explain very well the differences between and which one I would be most wanting to purchase. Once, I pick my vehicle they made sure it was very clean before leaving the dealership that very day. I was explain all the options that will help keep the vehicle in top shape for years to come. After having a car left as a total loss that I only had for less than a year bought brand new, I left with a satisfied feeling that I really needed and I thank them for all there assistance getting it. This is the second Toyota we have purchased at this dealership and we will continue to recommend it to friends and family after another positive experience. Have heard high pressure horror stories from friends who have tried to purchase other brands of cars, but we had an enjoyable experience here. Service department is excellent too. Toyota of Naperville says that they value long term relationships with their customers, and I believe they do. More
