This was my second experience purchasing from Toyota of Naperville. Friends and co-workers had suggested other dealerships for me to work with, but having had such a positive experience buying my Scion XA Naperville. Friends and co-workers had suggested other dealerships for me to work with, but having had such a positive experience buying my Scion XA in 06, I was actually looking forward to returning to Toyota of Naperville after deciding to purchase a new Toyota RAV4. I had been in the showroom in August to purchase, but decided to wait a bit hoping the incentives would sweeten. I worked with Leo Lopez the day I purchased and couldn't have been happier. He was friendly, patient and willing to work as hard as he could to get me into the exact vehicle I wanted at a very good price. I would recommend seeing him and hope he's there in 5 years when I upgrade again! My father worked as a car salesman for a number of years and I've heard about the bad reps, bad deals,and bad cars everyone worries about. I recommend Toyota of Naperville anytime I hear of someone looking for a Toyota product. Expect a good experience and you won't be disappointed. More

Dave Zidlicky was the best new car Sales Consultant we have worked with. His easy style is refreshing in the new car business. We would highly recommend Alain to our family and friends he is very knowledgeable and friendly. On the day we picked up our new Rav4 Alain took the time to set up the Bluetooth and went over all the features to make sure we understood how they worked. He also followed up after our purchase to make sure we were happy. We are very satisfied with cleanliness of the Dealership and thrilled that there is a kid’s area. Overall we are very pleased. Whenever we had a question he found a way to find a good way to answer it. Also, his Quality of Work is very positive. We looked inside the car, he did all the paper work only leaving us a little, and finaly, he did not mess up anything --- nothing! He is very respectful and talked very kindly with respect. He found out the perfect price that we wanted on our new car. He did not argue on the price we wanted (he only reasoned why the price was not so great.) Our overall experience was very fun filling and filled with excitement. Without Jacob, we might not have found the perfect Toyota car! More
After 10 yrs, our existing car gave out on us and we needed to purchase a new vehicle. We just couldn't believe the timing of this new expense plus the idea of beginning a search for a dependable, affo needed to purchase a new vehicle. (How to make the switch from a minivan to a car???) We need to extend our gratitude to Kris Kosinski for a great car buying experience. We were stressed over the thought of buying a new car and trying to determine what would work for our family and budget, etc. Kris was able to simplify it all for us. We spent over an hour with him... looking, talking, test driving, etc. Yet never felt the high pressure (that many other car dealers use as a tactic). He was very honest and respectful with us as we tried to make our choice (again based on necessity and budget). Toyota of Naperville should take pride that they built a long lasting relationship with us as customers (many of our neighbors have made their purchases at that location and felt the same way). We really love our new Toyota Prius (even though we were originally nervous about the investment). The purchase was easy and again big kudos to Kris. He also directed us to everyone we needed to deal with to trade in our vehicle and how to upgrade our new vehicle with some interior additions and a warranty. He also followed up with us to see how we enjoyed the vehicle. Also, after the sale he still treated us with the same outstanding customer service he gave us the first minute we walked into Toyota of Naperville. Overall, the place is so clean, the entire staff smiles and greets you...whether or not you are dealing directly with them. Customer service is awesome!Thanks again! More
