They don't care about you or your financial situation long story short they made it seem like a sweet deal when in reality they took advantage of us BIG TIME. Sold us a new car at a very unfair price , to long story short they made it seem like a sweet deal when in reality they took advantage of us BIG TIME. Sold us a new car at a very unfair price , took our old car as a trade in , and now we are paying 30,000 for a 16,000 car. We had to leave in a rush I told them we would come back but they are so pushy they did all the signing within 15 min. They prey and take advantage of young military couples. Sickening to say the least. This does not end here. I don't understand how a person can sleep soundly at night knowing they've just screwed us over in so many ways. I do NOT reccomend this dealership to ANYONE who is unsure of what they want or willing to pay. Stay away they don't care about you or your financial situation they're just trying to rip you off . Unsatisfactory service Pretty sure I was taken advantage of. Took Lexus in for oil change and thinking it needed gas cap for xx engine soon lights. Always trying to make a buck off the customer My daughter has taken her 2010 Corolla to Toyota New Bern several times for service. The service reps are always trying to sell her something that isn My daughter has taken her 2010 Corolla to Toyota New Bern several times for service. The service reps are always trying to sell her something that isn't needed. She can never get a decent morning appointment and is always stuck going late in the day. They also charge her an extra $10 bucks for checking window tint on NC inspections. No other Toyota dealer that we use does this since it is factory tint and they know it! Today she noticed a new sign that ONLY Toyota New Bern buyers get a car wash with service. How cheap.... We will remember all this when it comes time to trade for a new Toyota. With this type of poor customer service we will not be trading with Toyota New Bern. More
