We were very impresed with Paul Stokes with his thoroughness in regard to assisting us in describing the features, differences, and capabilities of the various Corolla models. We feel that we got a thoroughness in regard to assisting us in describing the features, differences, and capabilities of the various Corolla models. We feel that we got a fair price for our Camry trade-in and were especially pleased with the final negotiated price of our beautiful new gold Corolla LE. As a result, we cancelled our plans to also go to the Toyota dealership in Greenville, and made the purchase at Toyota of New Bern, NC Thanks to Paul Stokes and the dealership staff. I would like to express my total disgust with this form. I have done it four times and it won't accept. I have no intention of puting my name, etc. in any social media. More

My wife had purchased a 2012 Forester from Bruce Smith and it was a great experience in and out the door. So when I decided to replace my truck I called Bruce.(I got his contact information from a birthda and it was a great experience in and out the door. So when I decided to replace my truck I called Bruce.(I got his contact information from a birthday card Bruce recently sent my wife.) I asked for an out the door price which he gave and it was very fair. I wanted a specific color which was being delivered to the Greenville store and I asked if it was possible to trade one of New Bern's incoming Foresters for the color I requested.Bruce said he could and that the car would be in Friday.He called on Thursday to let me know the car would be in later that afternoon. I picked it up. The paperwork was done in a timely fashion with no hassle at all.I was given a tour of the facility and Bruce walked me through the Forester's set up. This was much appreciated. All in all both purchases were painless and I will highly recommend Subaru of New Bern and especially Bruce. More

Bruce Smith was very friendly and courteous. He showed us the cars we were interested in and did not pressure us to buy. He pointed out the good points of each car and answered all of our questions. Yesterday my husband and I went into Toyota-Subaru to just look at new Camarys...We worked with Paul Stokes and I can say that from start to finish "WOW"...He walked us through each step of looking, to g just look at new Camarys...We worked with Paul Stokes and I can say that from start to finish "WOW"...He walked us through each step of looking, to getting the price we wanted to showing us around the building, so at later dates(oil change and other services) we would know where to go, who to ask for and what steps were needed.....His customer service was ABOVE and beyond other experiences we have had in buying vehicles!!!Thank you Paul, for making us feel like we mattered to you>>WE will see you again!!!!!!!!!!!! I requested additional information about a Toyota Highlander. I requested the additional information because there was only a picture of a steering wheel on the website. Why list the vehicle on the internet if you are not going to post pictures of it? I would have preferred not to speak with anyone, looked at the pictures and moved on. Instead, I had to enter my info and request pictures. I was contacted by Paul Stokes (multiple times) who left me voicemails requesting a call back. I had been busy and was not able to respond for a day or two. He called again today and when I called back he was not available so I left a message for a return call. When he called back I found quite possibly the rudest sales person I have ever encountered. I am a professional sales person and deal in B2B sales. I have to overcome competition in different markets and in different states on a daily basis. We discussed that I was in the process of selling my 2011 Toyota Tundra and that I intended to buy "2" yes "2" vehicles. I advised that I was just in the beginning stages of my car search, and when I began to ask questions about a specific vehicle he countered with questions never answering my own and with an extremely rude attitude. I continued to explain that I was located out of town and was shopping for a vehicle for my wife. I advised that I had found comparable vehicles in VA and charlotte. He proceeded to tell me that it was bad enough that he had to compete with dealerships in neighboring counties but to have to compete across state lines was ridiculous. He followed that by stating that if I wanted to drive to Arkansas to buy a vehicle more power to me. I have to say, you are a horrible excuse for a salesman, and it is time to wake up and step into the 21st century. The internet is real and people use it. We research purchases and want our money to go as far as possible. You may not want to argue over $100 but its my $100 and I will spend it where I want. I do not owe it to you, you my friend have to earn my $100. I find it hard to believe that you sell 17 cars a month with the condescending and pretentious attitude that I got. I can guarantee that I will pay more for a vehicle before I will ever step foot on that dealership. I can only hope that the owners don't not know that these types of interactions are taking place at their establishment, because if they condone it, they deserve reviews like this. More
