I am a long time Toyota owner and a returning satisfied customer to Toyota of New Bern. I drive from Jacksonville because I have had negative experiences with Stevenson car dealerships and that seems to b customer to Toyota of New Bern. Two years ago I traded in my Avalon that I drove for 12 years and purchased a RAV4 from Toyota of New Bern. I was very pleased with the maintenance service and the atmosphere there of "Team Toyota".....so, when the tires gave out it was easy to return there to solve that problem....I had not intended to buy a whole new car but, they worked hard to make me an offer I couldn't refuse:-))......I am thrilled with my new purchase and look forward to visiting when it is time for regular maintenance.......EVERYONE there makes you feel welcome and like 'family'....GO TOYOTA RAV4 !!! Paul Stokes, the salesman, went the extra mile to make my trade-in a most pleasant experience. Up to the date of trading my 2012 Highlander, I had not considered replacing it. I saw the 125% trade in value online the morning that I was bringing my 2012 in for routine service. I spoke to Paul about it. Through his efforts the rest is history–I left with a 2013 Highlander. Long story short, I am 100% satisfied with the purchased of my 2013 Highlander! More

First time experience at New Bern Toyota. Michael met us as we exited our car. He asked how are we doing today, and how can I be of service. He patiently showed my wife and I the many models of toyotas that as we exited our car. He asked how are we doing today, and how can I be of service. Paul did an amazing job of showing my wife and I our new Subaru Forrester. He was patient with our questions about the car as well as with our questions regarding the purchasing process (this was our 1st n Subaru Forrester. Paul and the rest of the team at Toyota of New Bern were exceptional They took the time to sit down with us and discuss the options available and show us multiple cars. I am not new to the car buying experience, but this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I never felt pressured into anything, all the way down to the finance manager offering add-ons. Every one we dealt with was extremely enthusiastic and honest with us. This is the first time I have ever left a dealership without later feeling like I was taken advantage of. I appreciate all they did and look forward to exceptional service in the future. More
