Front desk for call directing and service center needs imporvement. They seemed disorganized and unhelpful. They do not follow up when they say they will for calls and appointments. Service front desk did not offer to contact our rep and when asked, instructed us to look for him and pointed towards the desks for service reps with no further helpful hints. When I asked how to find him she just started shouting his name across the floor. The service on the car was good. Our service rep Phillip was very polite and helpful. He and his work is why there is a 3 star review. I feel bad for him having to work with a front desk who is disorganized with appts and screams his name across the floor when they need him. Front desk said no way to message them. That would be nice for you to setup for them if possible. If not, I would expect they politely ask we follow them to the rep or offer to get the rep for us from his desk. Their pricing is convoluted and recommend many unnecessary things. They present one price and then make you pay a different price - a higher price. Setting an appointment time is useless and a false sense of expectation of services. And not being told the service would take over 4+ hours at the start.
