I went to Toyota of North Austin for new vehicle services this morning. Mr. Sergio Barne was my assigned service advisor. The dealer provides the virtual time tracking and the assigned service advisor and this morning. Mr. Sergio Barne was my assigned service advisor. The dealer provides the virtual time tracking and the assigned service advisor and the vehicle owner communications continue open during the vehicle being served. The result of the vehicle diagnose was feedback to the vehicle owner during the service via email. Mr. Barron addressed the issues and detailed causation of the issues to me when service completed. The working process is very efficient and orderly. All employees were focused on their responsibility. Mr.Barron was very professional and knowledgeable for what he's doing. I was able to call and make an appointment within 24 hours. I was told by another dealership that the recall repair would take anywhere from 24-48 hours. Services department was terrible. It took three hours to do oil change with appointment. The rear panel screw came off. I request for new screw but not getting done. I noticed it when I got home I called service department but they didn’t pickup the phone. I had to drove back at 4:30 pm and they told me all the mechanics went home. I was asking for the manager and finally I had one technician come out and help. The job was done within 5”. What is the joke! More
