Terrible Service from the facility to the cashier who is upset that I asked her about charges on my account practically ran me away from the dealership. The technician or mechanic put a different type of o upset that I asked her about charges on my account practically ran me away from the dealership. The technician or mechanic put a different type of oil than the one I asked for from the beginning. But I'm not going there again. I only arrived because it was a necessity, since where I go there were usually no appointments. They are unprofessional and their facilities are very, very damaged and not updated! I don't recommend it for service or maintenance. More

Sat around for my appointment, no one approached me. Went in and talked to someone, they sent me back to my car to wait. I waited. Eventually, someone helped me 10 minutes after I’d been standing around Went in and talked to someone, they sent me back to my car to wait. I waited. Eventually, someone helped me 10 minutes after I’d been standing around. Was told it’d be 75 minutes to change my oil. Waited and after 85 minutes, I checked in via text. The car was ready and they said to check out. No real instructions on that. Talked to the cashier. She sent me to some guy. He sent me to someone else. That guy handed me a piece of paper and my key and sent me to the cashier. Everyone I interacted with seemed annoyed I was talking to them. Every time I go, it feels like that. Will happily never set foot in again as soon as my free oil changes are done. More
