Yadir was great; communicated and took care of us. I think the set-up is a little chaotic and this dealer could midernize the whole service department. Feels very dated and tired. Had appointment for oil change at 8am. I arrived at 7:40 and turned in my car. I also added brake fluid change due to being told it would not add much time due to service center being not I arrived at 7:40 and turned in my car. I also added brake fluid change due to being told it would not add much time due to service center being not busy. My service ended up taking over 3 and a half hours. Didn't gety car till 11:40. Missed my chemotherapy appointment b/c this service went way longer then I was told. Never coming back. More

95% of the time I ha e zero issues with this service center. I brought my car in for a safety recall which took 4 hours to complete. I had to comeback the next day to get my car. When I got it all 4 tir center. I brought my car in for a safety recall which took 4 hours to complete. I had to comeback the next day to get my car. When I got it all 4 tires reported low PSI. Kinda strange because they weren't low when I dropped it off. More
