I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being pressured instead of helped. The salesperson seemed more focused on closing a deal than actually answering my questions. When I asked about pricing and fees, I kept getting vague answers, and the numbers kept changing. The vehicle I was shown was not in the condition I was led to believe. There were issues that were never disclosed upfront, and when I brought them up, they brushed it off like it was no big deal. Communication was poor, and I felt like transparency was lacking throughout the entire process. Buying a car is a big decision, and I expected honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that here. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
Two my husband had just replaced the air cabin filter a week ago.. and they tried to upcharge me for a new one. But worst of all they didn’t have the bill ready when I wanted to check out and they sent me week ago.. and they tried to upcharge me for a new one.
