They are not very communicative. The text they send you says to text with any questions or comments but the service adviser says they don’t get the text messages. Broke my suspension, basically refused me from driving because of it and gave a discount on replacement but the price was still much more expensive than other quotes. Ended up having to cancel and receive because of it and gave a discount on replacement but the price was still much more expensive than other quotes. Ended up having to cancel and receive a fine for a missed appointment, miss work, and dealership refused to give more than an additional $12 discount, which was less than the Uber it took to come back to pick up my car.
