Today, Bryson Wilson contacted me from group one Toyota. He was following up to a KBB lead where I was offering to trade in my car. Bryson was just discourteous and impatient when speaking to me. He was not informed about Toyota models, and once he realized that I was just at their dealership and the vehicle he's telling me they have was not there. He then told me that it was actually down the street and at I was wrong. Turns out the vehicle is not in their inventory and instead of correcting his mistake Bryson chose to get angry and hang up on me. Bryson was using his personal phone number so he was also able to block my return call. Bryson's behavior is very consistent with past experiences at this dealership. I called and spoke to Ken who said that he would talk to Bryson about his conduct. Although Bryson was quite rude and of course he's entitled to do what he wants with his own phone since he's being forced to use it for work. I do find his conduct consistent with the lack of engagement and professionalism found at this particular dealership who has changed their name three times in the last five years... I do not recommend group one, and obviously Bryson lacks the professional demeanor and honesty to either sell my car too or buy one from... You continually have to be on guard when getting work done on your car. They try to sell you on services you don’t need or have just had done, and there are extra charges on the bill that are not disclos done on your car. Shuttle services seem to be a joke and take 1+ hour to arrive. Car was returned dirty (various times). Although I am forced to give a name, I don’t think it’s (entirely) Jared’s fault. The repairs listed and the dirt (or oil) in the car is from those doing the repairs. The sketchy upselling and poor shuttle service seem to be the dealership itself. More

I always have a great experience at this dealer. The service advisors and technicians are always very professional and polite. They send pictures and videos of additional services needed, along with The service advisors and technicians are always very professional and polite. Took more than two hours and half hours for 15 months service, also fix me small chips in my windshield. After service, I feel car is having better pickup and feels lighter.
