Made appointment for oil change days ahead. Arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time 10:30 am on Monday March 16, 2026. It took them 3 hours to do the just oil change. This is not my first time. Last oil change took 2:30 hours. One before that took 2 hours. When I told told to my friends they recommended Toyota of Ceder Park. Guss what i am taking the my next oil change, break fluid change, coolant change and fuel system clean to somewhere else. Do not go this place. The waiting are is dirty. Bad attitude of too many lazy service advisors.

You also should not have had trouble reaching our service department by phone. I’m glad our advisor was able to replace the screw quickly when you returned, but you shouldn’t have needed to make an extra trip.
