I provided a review regarding my 2025 Toyota Camry hybrid I purchased it used, it had around 25,000 miles on it. I got a flat tire a week after getting the vehicle. I took it into discount tires and was advised that all four tires needed to be replaced the tread was at 4/32. I would think that purchasing a vehicle for almost $40,000, the tires would be up to par. A response was provided via dealerrater to email ecervera@group1auto.com to get the issue resolved. A couple of emails and over a month later still no response and the issue is unresolved. The business practices and the salesman at this dealership are shady. Myself and my daughter purchased a vehicle within a couple of days of each other and her engine needed to be replaced two weeks later. 0 out of 10 I wouldn’t recommend! More

Upon my arrival the service area was a bit slow, but I wasn’t in a big hurry so I was fine giving the service reps time to make their rounds and greetings. I had grown accustomed to Cadillac service for 9 years which is exceptional so it was a change for me. Not all bad just different. Prior to being a Cadillac owner I was a proud Toyota customer and knew I would eventually return. My overall wait time for a routine oil change was expected- a tad over an hour. The initial estimate was 1- 1.5 hours. Overall a reasonable experience. thank you to the team. I know everyone worked hard to get all of the customers in and out. More
