This was one of the worst experiences I wouldn't wish to anyone. Honestly, I do not recommend this place. I bought a car, and less than two weeks later, the "check engine" light came on. Despite my warranty, they were unable to fix it and instead suggested that I trade the car in. I requested a full initial diagnostic—including a printed OBD-II report containing the readiness monitor status, freeze-frame data, and all stored and pending fault codes—but they told me they could not provide that document. The car's front tires were supposed to be replaced at the time of signing the contract because they were completely bald. When I went in for the appointment, they took the worn front tires and moved them to the rear, while installing completely low-grade tires on the front axle. The rear tires—which were actually in very good condition—were removed; I only realized this once I got home. When I returned to address the issue, Mr. Shön responded defensively instead of listening to the customer. And the best part: They set up my car insurance through Progressive, I received a cancellation notice three weeks later informing me that my policy had been processed by an unauthorized agent or broker... If you like peace and transparency don't go there. If you like headaches... you can go...... I'm very disappointed More

I purchased a 2024 Toyota Sienna from this dealership and I am posting this because they have gone completely silent after failing to honor every commitment made during the sale. Day 1: I drove 3.5 hours from the Dallas area after negotiating a $500 price reduction via text with my salesman. I arrived at 9AM with cashier's checks in hand. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I found a cracked bumper and a broken grill held together with zip ties — damage that had never been disclosed. I was ready to walk away entirely. The sales team assured me that both the bumper AND the grill would be fully repaired, and that they would arrange delivery to Dallas once the repairs were complete. Based on that commitment, and only that commitment, I agreed to move forward. I then sat in that showroom for six hours while they deliberated. Two of those hours were spent waiting on a finance manager who was visibly sitting in his office — I walked in to check on him three separate times. I finally signed paperwork at 2:30PM having lost an entire workday, not the half-day I had planned, and drove 3.5 hours back to Dallas. The van wasn't mine to take — repairs still needed to happen first. Week 2: My salesman texted to say the van was ready but had no formal delivery plan — his idea was an informal trip with a friend, no confirmed date or time. I agreed to make the 4-hour drive to pick it up myself, but only on the condition that the dealership covered my travel expenses. My salesman agreed. That agreement is the only reason I made a second trip. Due to a recent hailstorm, rental car availability in the area was extremely limited. I had to Uber across McKinney just to find one. I drove 4 hours in Friday traffic and arrived at 8PM. What I found was infuriating — only the bumper cover had been replaced. The broken grill with the zip ties had been reinstalled exactly as before. My salesman wasn't even there and had not mentioned he wouldn't be. I have photos of the zip-tied grill from both visits. After confronting the staff, they agreed I would take the van, they would mail me the grill part, I would cover local installation, and they would honor the $200 travel reimbursement already agreed to with my salesman. I accepted and left. That was Friday. I have since sent a formal email to sales management documenting everything. Complete silence. No tracking number for the part. No confirmation on the check. No response whatsoever. I have full documentation — text messages, photos, and receipts. This is the worst vehicle purchase experience of my life. Do not buy from this dealership. More

Upsell for other service was to the tune of $2493 posted this on Reddit and was adviced to steer clear of the additional repairs. More
They are not very communicative. The text they send you says to text with any questions or comments but the service adviser says they don’t get the text messages. Broke my suspension, basically refused me from driving because of it and gave a discount on replacement but the price was still much more expensive than other quotes. Ended up having to cancel and receive because of it and gave a discount on replacement but the price was still much more expensive than other quotes. Ended up having to cancel and receive a fine for a missed appointment, miss work, and dealership refused to give more than an additional $12 discount, which was less than the Uber it took to come back to pick up my car. More
