My recent visit to the dealership’s service department was frustrating from start to finish. First, the “not responsible for stolen items” sign didn’t inspire trust. I waited several minutes to even be acknowledged, and no one greeted me. I was told the service would take one hour and that I’d get a text. After waiting an hour and 50 minutes with no update, I had to ask two people about my car, and both just told me to go find my associate myself—really poor customer service. When I finally found my associate, my car was already done, but nobody updated me. I was then directed to sign paperwork with another staff member, again with zero friendliness. When I asked what had been done, she told me to just read the paper. When I asked about the inspection results, she told me if I wanted them, I could go find the associate again—more hassle. Finally, after being dismissed, I had to find my car myself. Inside, all windows were rolled down, and plastic covers and paper mats were left behind. I had to remove them and toss them myself. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy made this an unpleasant experience. More
