I have to be honest, I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received. I haven’t been happy working with your dealership because I constantly have to call for updates myself. I understand that you’ service I’ve received. I haven’t been happy working with your dealership because I constantly have to call for updates myself. I understand that you’re busy, but keeping customers informed is part of good customer service. Finding out at the last minute that my warranty claims were denied or that certain repairs wouldn’t be performed was extremely frustrating. I should have been kept informed throughout the process instead of having to chase updates. Since Friday, I’ve been waiting and expecting my car to be ready. Instead, it’s been nothing but wasted time. If I had been informed earlier, I could have taken my vehicle somewhere else days ago instead of waiting. Because of this experience, I’ve decided that I’d rather take my vehicle to Cedar Park Toyota for a second opinion. I expected much better communication, professionalism, and customer service. Unfortunately, working with your dealership has been a real disappointment, and it’s the reason I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. More
