Hieu contacted us quickly after we submitted our inquiry, found the vehicle we wanted was already en route from Japan, and helped us through every step of the purchase. He kept us well-informed and made the entire process easy and painless. On the day we took delivery, Brandon walked us through the process of signing all of the relevant paperwork. He explained all of the additional (optional) add-ons such as extended warranty but without any pressure or hard-sell tactics.
