After hail damage we came in looking for a specific used car. Sales personnel were great and efficient. We had to wait a few days for insurance payout. We put a small deposit. The wait time is ridiculously long. I spent 6 hours there. On the email I was told that it would take 2-3 hours. I brought my 4Runner in for an alignment. Toyota wasn’t able to get the caster in spec. My truck has a 1.5 inch lift so it should t be hard to achieve. The before after adjustment was almost Toyota wasn’t able to get the caster in spec. My truck has a 1.5 inch lift so it should t be hard to achieve. The before after adjustment was almost no different than the before adjustment so I’m not really sure what they were doing with my truck for over 4 hours. I left the dealership with a bad alignment and $80 lighter in my pocket. It’s obvious my truck had a small lift so if you’re not cable of aligning lifted vehicles then tell me at the door so I don’t waste my time and money. Really not satisfied with the service. More
