They took very good care of you and answer all questions.
But they could have cleaned up the windows after they wrote on it. Left it all smeared and difficult to see.

Horrible at service prioritization with technicians and
time management of vehicles. Too many advisors, not enough technicians who are doing the actual work, which causes vehicles to be there for 5+ hours
