I brought my 4Runner in for an alignment. Toyota wasn’t able to get the caster in spec. My truck has a 1.5 inch lift so it should t be hard to achieve. The before after adjustment was almost Toyota wasn’t able to get the caster in spec. My truck has a 1.5 inch lift so it should t be hard to achieve. The before after adjustment was almost no different than the before adjustment so I’m not really sure what they were doing with my truck for over 4 hours. I left the dealership with a bad alignment and $80 lighter in my pocket. It’s obvious my truck had a small lift so if you’re not cable of aligning lifted vehicles then tell me at the door so I don’t waste my time and money. Really not satisfied with the service. More

Pretty convenient. Good service managers. They can be a bit slow but it’s super busy so that is to be expected. They do upsell some unnecessary services so make Good service managers. Had oild change, tire rotation and brake fluid replacement done in an hour and a half. That's great..Jared got my phone out of the car when I fotgot it as they took it back for service.
