He did what it took to make sure my extended warranty paid their part so that when I arrived that afternoon to pick up my car all I had to worry about was the extra that I agreed to. From the time arrived to my appointment to the shuttle ride and the pick up everything was so smooth. I was so hesitant about taking my car to be repaired because of a another bad experience at another dealership I was not looking forward to taking my car in. Getting my car diagnosed and repaired was quick and the service guy was not pushy (trying to sell extra things) when he called to tell me what I needed. This experience has changed my mind for sure. Thank you Charles Maund, thank you J. Hernandez, and thank you to the shuttle driver. More

Very professional and nice and keeping me update on the progress. I extremely pleased when it was done. Looked as if wreck never happened and not to mention its lifetime guarantee on parts! This experience as usual with Toyota is outstanding and never a disappiment. They go above and beyond. My car looked in the end as if it was never had an accident.
