Inspection fine, but immediately after leaving the lot, tire pressure gauge alerted. Returned to the dealership, and our service rep (Derek Newman) had the screw in one tire repaired at no cost ... even though it was not clear that it was picked up in their lot. All representatives were extraordinarily courteous and pleasant towards all customers. Prices a little high, but you get what you pay for ... quality is the highest. More

Mediocre Service because of Agent I have taken my Toyota vehicle to Charles Maund before and had a great service rep agent as well as a great service itself. However, recently I got a I have taken my Toyota vehicle to Charles Maund before and had a great service rep agent as well as a great service itself. However, recently I got a brand new Toyota vehicle in Houston and took it to Charles Maund Toyota to perform its first 5000 miles maintenance service, this time around my experience was not great (due to the agent). I made an appointment and was assigned an agent, I pulled up 10 minutes before my appointment and no one seemed to assist me. A few employees passed by saying that someone will come and assist me soon, but it has already been at least five minutes since I arrived. Finally, someone assisted me and radioed my assigned agent. I waited again, this time for my agent. Finally, the agent came but the agent was not friendly at all. The agent did not greet whatsoever and just went straight to asking my purpose for the visit. I told the agent and the agent followed through with the normal steps (name, have you been here before, etc). The agent informed me about the ETA and then left, not even escorting or directing me to the waiting lounge. I had to ask my agent where to go and the agent just said yeah when I pointed towards this specific door. Time passed and my agent called me via my cell phone, my agent had a nasty attitude because I told the agent that I have been with Charles Maund Toyota, but the agent could not find me in the database. I had to clarify with the agent that I have been with Charles Maund Toyota, but with a different vehicle. Next, the agent rudely asks for my address, I gave it to the agent, but the agent cut me off before I could even finish saying my address and told me that my vehicle is ready. I had to go find my agent by myself, signed the paperwork, and then the agent started escorting me. Both of us are outside in the service drive, where customers are pulling in, and the agent told me to go to the Cashier's office. The agent just pointed where I needed to go, while the agent was going to bring my car around. After signing the paperwork at the cashier's office, I proceeded back outside and didn't see my car nor my agent anywhere. I walked outside of the service drive garage and noticed my vehicle, so I began walking towards it (assuming my agent was by my car), but then a different agent ran and called me out saying that the key was with them and he handed me my key. I know Charles Maund does a better job because I witnessed other agents welcoming their clients at the service drive, other agents escorting their clients to the waiting room, other agents actively looking for the clients in the waiting room, and other agents escorting their clients to cashier's office. However, my agent is far below from satisfactory and this agent affects Charles Maund's customer service and hospitality. I would rate my experience even lower, but I feel that does not do justice to all the other agents that were welcoming and friendly. More
