Hello. I believe we spoke to you previously about this situation. It is absolutely not that we won’t accept responsibility, but in this case we can’t. You installed an aftermarket lift kit yourself and for that we cannot align the vehicle back to factory specs. This was explained to you at the time this happened by our technician.
