Quick IN OUT Friendly Service I took my car in for the first 20k mile service checkup. I used their online scheduling system to reserve a time slot. There were already a lot of car I took my car in for the first 20k mile service checkup. I used their online scheduling system to reserve a time slot. There were already a lot of cars ahead of me when I arrived, but a service writer was walking up to each car in line and writing up the necessary paperwork. He gave me his business card and asked for my cell number to call me when the car was finished. That let me go to the customer lounge rather than sitting in my car, waiting for the line to move. I was told the maintenance would take about an hour and a half, so I was surprised when the service writer came to the lounge and told me my car was finished in just a half-hour!. He went over the service checklist with me and booked my next scheduled visit without any upselling or xx. The cashiers were pleasant and quick (there was no charge for this visit). My wife has a Toyota that was bought at and serviced by another dealer. Every time she goes she complains about the indifference and take-it-or-leave it attitude of their service staff. Exceptional Service I'm reminded each time I get service on my car why I'm a Toyota owner. One of the main reasons I forget is simply because I'm rarely there which is wh I'm reminded each time I get service on my car why I'm a Toyota owner. One of the main reasons I forget is simply because I'm rarely there which is why I own two Toyota's. When I do go in for maintenance, the experience is always the same. I'm greeted with a smile and a willingness along with the urgency and to address why I'm there and the importance of getting me back on the road in a timely fashion. I recently went in with some rattling noise coming from the engine bay. I was assured the issue could be resolved if duplicated. The Shop Foreman "Tim" rode along with me and I instantly felt as if Tim was more concerned with the rattle than I was and reassured me he would fix the problem. Turned out to be a simple heat shield that was repaired and ready for pick up the very next day at a very affordable price! I love my Toyota but more importantly love the people that keep it running perfect. More
