Terrible experience I bought a Corolla from Charles Maund with an extended warranty and service package. Contract was not written correctly five times and on the fifth ti I bought a Corolla from Charles Maund with an extended warranty and service package. Contract was not written correctly five times and on the fifth time they gave me Service Due slips to be used as necessary. Every time I have tried to use one of these, I have had to run around from department to department to get approval. On three occasions, and only after taking my car to Round Rock Toyota for oil changes, the work that was suppose to be done WAS NOT done. DO NOT ever buy a car from Charles Maund! They do not have the customer's best interest and will screw you over at every stage! More

It concerns me that I am being told I need service that I have already paid for. Would I have been charged and the work not even done?
