I took my vehicle to this dealer in order to get any recalls fixed. After a week of not hearing from them, I started trying to contact my service agent. I had to leave messages for him to contact me, bu recalls fixed. After a week of not hearing from them, I started trying to contact my service agent. I had to leave messages for him to contact me, but I never received a call. After a couple of days I finally got someone to tell me they think the car is ready to pick up. I went down and picked it up. I assume the recalls were taken care of but nobody explained what was done. I also wanted some minor body work done but it wasn’t. It appeared I needed to pick up the vehicle and take it to the body shop right next door. I didn’t. More

However, I would like to draw attention to the fact that it is very dark inside, the lighting is weak and the interior is old. The employees' work places are absolutely not thought out and in my opinion not comfortable. I was shocked that people working in a large company Toyota have such terrible conditions. More
