I always have a good experience when I take my Camry Hybrid to North Austin Toyota's Service Department for maintenance checks. This time I took it in because the "Check Engine " light came on. My service advisor, Seth thoroughly explained the diagnosis process and kept me informed. The part needed for the repair wasn't in stock but he placed an expedited order and advised me that it could take 7-10 days in light of the year-end holidays. Seth gave me his personal phone numbe, promising to keep me updated. The car is now repaired and back in my possession, only 4 days after the initial diagnosis! Seth is a stellar professional who made the process as pleasant as possible. More

Took vehicle to get looked at regarding sensors waited in waiting area for four hours to get denied. I had to personally call Toyota extra care to find out why it was denied turned out first advisor claimed waiting area for four hours to get denied. I had to personally call Toyota extra care to find out why it was denied turned out first advisor claimed under the wrong warranty. Trying to get it fixed my first advisor was nowhere to be seen. Me with literally Toyota extra care on the phone standing by my advisor desk. No one around me could help me. Omar my Second advisor took me in help me fix the claim. Came in the next day parts weren’t in yet. He immediately communicated to me telling me to come back tomorrow and he would call me to verify when the parts come in. Parts came in on the third day work got finished in a reasonable amount of time. Mechanic did a great job. More
