I went in for a scheduled 5000 mile service for my new Camry, reached the service line at 9:55 am, but had to wait until 10:35 am before the service adviser came over to take the car. He said that the Camry, reached the service line at 9:55 am, but had to wait until 10:35 am before the service adviser came over to take the car. He said that the service would be done within 1 hour and that he would text me once the car was ready. I never got a text. I tried calling Service at 3 pm but nobody was able to help find out if the car was ready. So I went to the dealership at 3:45 pm (closing time was 4 pm) and they couldn’t find my car! Finally, the manager helped locate the car. But it had no service record entered in. The manager told me that service had been performed but was not entered in, and I had to just take his word for it. I am giving 2 stars only because the manager was nice. More
