I’ve been complaining about my brakes squeaking since I purchased car. During my first service visit, I asked them to look at my brakes and I was told they were fine. I brought up the brakes again during t purchased car. During my first service visit, I asked them to look at my brakes and I was told they were fine. I brought up the brakes again during this visit (which was quite some time out since I had knee surgery) and I was told there was an issue that was going to cost me $245 to be fixed. They also told me I have 3 or 4 other issues ranging in cost from $66 - $250 each. Of course I wanted some answers because while the car was still under warranty I was told everything was fine despite my numerous complaints of there being an issue. I was given the run around and transferred for times back and forth between the service department and the used car department where I purchased the vehicle. At one point someone even said “bye” and hung up on me because of my frustration over the continuous transfers. I’m the end my issues were never resolved. I just picked my car up and will be getting the brakes and 4 other random issues they said I have resolved somewhere else. When I arrived, my assigned service provider was no where to be found and someone else brought my vehicle and walked me to the service desk. I previously owned 2 Mercedes before this and now I understand why the service costs so much. I have never been treated this way when it came to servicing my vehicles. More
Me dieron el servicio pero la persona que me atendió utizo palabras altizonantes ya que al explicar el cambio de un fluido de vehículo utilizo palabras altizonantes diciendo: "que se le cambio la xxxxxx utizo palabras altizonantes ya que al explicar el cambio de un fluido de vehículo utilizo palabras altizonantes diciendo: "que se le cambio la xxxxxx esa"... y al referirse a mi como señor o por mi nombre me decía " primo" sin muestra de respeto al cliente y sobre el presupuesto que me dieron de $823 dlls más impuestos ya hecho el trabajo me subió a 997 dlls sin previo aviso por mensaje o llamada, creo que deben poner mucha atención al sercio al cliente en esta área.. me siento incomodo porque se paga x in servicio y lo primero que esperas es un trato respetuoso ☹️😫 More

When I arrived, I am asked who is my appointment with? I have no idea, I don't know anyone there. They look me up and tell me Omar. Turns out Omar is out of office. So then my appointment moves to Rico, whom I don't meet. I get a text that my car is ready. I walk out to get it. There are about 20 people milling around and they ask me who I'm with. I tell them Rico. They ask me which one. And I'm like, am I supposed to know this person's last name?? I've never even seen them. They look me up and tell me it's Rico/Mack and point me to his work station. No one is there. Luckily a polite thin tall African American man steps in to help me. While I'm waiting for my car to be pulled up, I see workplace bullying, where a thin young white guy gets made fun of it is not in good spirits at all. I'm told by some unprofessional young woman with a chocolate bar hanging out of her mouth and a Dr Pepper can in hand to "go inside". I told her I'll wait right here until my car comes up, I was texted that I was done. I already had a xxxxty experience like this before but I got a 9.95 coupon for an oil change, which is a great deal. It might not be a great enough deal in the future to deal with this xxxxshow of a place again. More
