The Service Rep and manager noticed I had a lot of brake work fone there in the past and still had some vibration. I had to pay for some of the work but they helped by absorbing some of the cost. Worst experience at the mechanics ever. First of all, I went there for a diagnosis but was diagnosed with one problem after another. I first went there because of an issue I had with the AC First of all, I went there for a diagnosis but was diagnosed with one problem after another. I first went there because of an issue I had with the AC/Heater dashboard where it would turn off after a while but it would still cool and heat the car. they informed me that my blower was an aftermarket and that it would cost 400$ to replace. so I obliged and replaced it but as soon as I left the dealership the AC went out. so I went back and was told that their technicians would check my car after a week of not having my car and many unanswered calls being left on delivered when texting they finally reached me and told me that I needed to replace my AC amplifier and was told it would cost 1100$ to replace but after an hour of bargaining I was able to lower the price to 1045$. after getting the amplifier changed I went to pick up my car but as soon as I left the dealership the AC stopped cooling. so obviously I went back and was told that they didn't know that the AC didn't cool even though my AC cooled the only problem I had was that my AC would turn off so I went there to fix a simple issue but left with an AC that wouldn't blow cold Air. and when I went back to talk about my AC not blowing. They told me to book another appointment but I wasn't going to have it so I requested to see the manager and had to wait for a half hour I was told that they were going to recharge my AC but that didn't fix my problem so they told me that I needed to replace my compressor for 2210$ I was afraid that if I replaced my compressor they would break something else in my car so I just left. a piece of friendly advice I will give is to avoid this place at all costs but if you have to go then make sure to make a checklist of everything that works in the car and walk their advisors and show them what works and what doesn't so that when they break something else in your car you can hold these imbeciles accountable for the damages their untrained technicians do. More
No one was much help after I dropped off the vehicle yesterday and the original service person told me to talk to anyone in the service dept but took over 15 minutes for help. No update that my vehicle was ready either I just took my best guess and went to the dealer. They should be have service personnel actually help other service people that are off for the day. Casey was very helpful and gave me the heads up which was great! Also took over 10 minutes to be approached at when already in the service area. More
