Witnessed service tech speeding in my 4 runner through the parking lot, whipping it around two corners and never slowed down for three speed bumps. In addition to that I had an appt for 7:15 am for an oil the parking lot, whipping it around two corners and never slowed down for three speed bumps. In addition to that I had an appt for 7:15 am for an oil change and added a spark plug change to my service appt on arrival. Which I know takes additional time however, my vehicle wasn’t finished until 11:30ish. Over 4 hours of waiting. Also was told that the mechanic was taking it on a test drive and it would take 20 miles for it to make sure new spark plugs were good. When I got into my vehicle to leave my sped odometer read the vehicle had been drive. 4 miles. The service manager made it right by giving me a free oil change and an hour off of labor. This definitely makes things better just wish it didn’t turn out this way. More

The worst. Girl at service was only one attending to me and she did not even submit a case for my flat tire. I pay coverage for nails in my Michellin tires and Girl at service was only one attending to me and she did not even submit a case for my flat tire. I pay coverage for nails in my Michellin tires and she pretended that I'm not covered for a replacement tire. Untrustworthy and unresourceful service center. I left politely because I was in a rush, but I left disappointed. Other toyota dealerships (namely Lia Toyota Center in New York) have submitted a case for me faster than these guys spent with my car to just tell me it needed to patching. In that circumstance, I had even less damage. These guys don't advocate for you at all, even if they have the time to do it. More

Over staffed and inexperienced employees. They called and said my vehicle was ready . My wife dropped me off at the dealer and the vehicle was not ready . It was not even on the racks for They called and said my vehicle was ready . My wife dropped me off at the dealer and the vehicle was not ready . It was not even on the racks for the oil change . I paid about $ 300.00 for an oil change and an engine diagnostic. My vehicle was suppose to be ready at 12:30 PM , , I didn’t have the truck until after 2:00 PM More
