It took 3 hours from when I received the technician video until I got the quote and link to authorize work. This caused the work not to be complete that day, and I had to leave my truck for 3 days. On pickup day, I got a call at 745 that my truck was ready. I headed down to pick it up and got there at 815. My truck was actually not ready and I had to wait an hour for it to be finished.
