From the moment I called to setup an appointment to getting into my vehicle after everything was completed. My vehicle went on three test drives to make sure it was good to go. I would receive updates on my vehicle as they came up. I was informed at a decent time of my car having to stay an additional day so that I could make arrangements. Will made sure I was informed on the work that needs immediate attention and gave me a few options to work with when I came back for the additional repairs needed. I wasn’t pressured into doing anything right away, I wasn’t judged for not having the means to get it taken care of at that moment. He gave me the information, reassured me that it would be okay just to get it taken care of as soon as possible. I will continue to go back to this specific location even though I live down southwest of Austin, and there is one down the way. It is well worth the drive. The Costumer Service here does not compare. More

Upseller to the max 10/19/2019 The WORST service ever. I recently took my car in because it was struggling to start. My service guy sent me a bill for 2,000 and NO 10/19/2019 The WORST service ever. I recently took my car in because it was struggling to start. My service guy sent me a bill for 2,000 and NONE of the items included had anything to do with my car starting. Totally upsold me on unnecessary repairs. 3 days later my car dies at a gas station in the middle of the night. I called the dealership to get a jump so I could take my car back in. The only option they gave me was to have my car TOWED in (of course at a steep expense). They took no accountability whatsoever. I then got a jump and drove it to Autozone. Lo and behold it was a battery issue. Which could/should have been easily diagnosed. The technician at auto zone said that there is no way they could have missed it, as the battery was so dead it would have shown up when Charles Maund tested it. Which I don't believe they ever did. They totally upsold me and didn't even fix the issue for which the car was brought in in the first place. Leaving me stranded in the middle of the night. More
