She showed me the RAV4s and had an answer for all my questions. Chris was always pleasant, even after I had him run half a dozen scenarios of lease vs used purchase vs new purchase until we finally reached a solution that worked for me. Cathy made the volumes of routine paperwork breeze by so that we could get to the fun part - delivery. So, considering I only came in for information and left with a new RAV4, it was a remarkable Saturday. Only negative was that no one seemed to know what RAV stands for. Cathy and I decided it must mean Really Awesome Vehicle. More

Customer-Oriented Service I found that I had a flat on the morning of February 24th. I called Toyota Service and spoke with the Service Operator (I wish I could remember her na I found that I had a flat on the morning of February 24th. I called Toyota Service and spoke with the Service Operator (I wish I could remember her name), who was friendly and helpful. I normally talk with Edwin Montalvo, but he was out this day and so I spoke with Russell Martin. He told me to bring the car in and you would get the flat repaired that afternoon. I did so and it was repaired. I knew I needed to get new tires, so I made the appointment for new tires the following Wednesday. When Mr. Martin brought me the invoice he told me that because I was buying new tires from Toyota, he wouldn't charge me for the flat repair, and he's see me next Wednesday. To me, the entire problem/quick solution demonstrated true customer service. Cudos to Russell Montalvo and the Service staff! More

From the very beginning when we worked with Wesley and Nicolette put together an order for a Toyota Tundra to the very end with the financial representative Kimberly Veney, everything was open, honest and very well done. We were given a good trade-in amount on our Rav 4; the help in getting everything arranged and taken care of at the DMV with the taxes, license plate, registration, etc was an enormous hep and a great time saver for us. The Tundra came in exactly 6 weeks after we ordered it--the precise time we were promised. As first-time truck owners, we were given excellent and easy to understand instructions on all of the functions in the truck. We have always used Toyota of North Charlotte for our service on the Rav 4 and we will continue this with the Tundra. We very highly recommend North Charlotte Toyota to any one who is looking for a new vehicle. More
