Matt patiently showed me the car then showed it again to my wife and children who peppered him with questions. He did a fine job. Chris worked with me to reach the best deal and thoroughly explained everything. They couldn't get the plate off of my trade in and while they were working on it, Chris took time from his busy day to check on me and provide updates. This all after the sales was completed. A class act. Still getting used to the Rav4 Hybrid but so far, I really like it. It's more fun to drive that I expected and is loaded with features.
