John was extremely professional and patient and he answered all my questions and he spent almost 2 hours with me walking the lot and finding the car I wanted. I was able to take the car out for a test drive and remember, I was only looking.I told myself I was not buying a car that day!!! There was absolutely no pressure from John to buy that day. Very people oriented! 5 stars to Janelle Harris who took care of the paper work and was a pleasure to work with, she knows her job and is very detail oriented, a true professional . Janelle's attitude is pleasant and caring and she shows it. She was very patient and explained all the paper work I had to sign and also took her time to load my Bluetooth, showed me how to set my radio and also showed me several other things I needed to know about my new car. She really knows her job and does it well. I would certainly recommend Toyota of North Charlotte to my friends and family.
