The final part of process ( signing the contracts ??) was actually quite pleasant as well, Janelle Harris ( finance advisor) is very knowledgeable in her position and honest when answering my questions. And finally, the very first person that I had contact with was a gentleman named Edward who is a greeter/product specialist, it is always nice to be greeted with a smiling face when making such an important financial decision.
