This experience, with David Carter, was by far the best experience I have ever had not only buying a car but during any retail/purchase experience. Everyone I worked with was so incredibly friendly, and they were honest and worked with me to get the best deal for me. David was extremely honest and I really felt I could trust him. They even checked up with me after the deal to make sure everything was great. After being treated HORRIBLY at another dealership (lake Norman Chrysler) it was so encouraging to have such a positive experience at Toyota of N Charlotte. I will probably never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. More
Bizarre Experience! Bizarre experience! Purchased used 2014 Camry LE, returned to pick up key fobs and pay fee to transfer title on trade. The salesman got amnesia about Bizarre experience! Purchased used 2014 Camry LE, returned to pick up key fobs and pay fee to transfer title on trade. The salesman got amnesia about key fobs(No way to turn off alarm/open trunk etc..) Would not provide fob and the only option they would give was to return the car(which I did) or pay the $60 DMV and not get the fob. There are too many Auto dealerships in the Charlotte market to deal with this foolishness. Gary S. More

I was extremely happy with the professionalism of the Service Advisor, Lauren Aronovski. She explained my warranty periods to me thoroughly and checked in my vehicle with accuracy and speed. Upon picking up the vehicle, she explained all of the service that was performed and again reminded me to get back into the dealership for free warranty service while it was still available for my vehicle. She made my experience very positive and was a great reflection on the dealership overall. More
