A different type of car buying experience My wife and I were looking for a 2015 Toyota Highlander. After numerous searches on-line and talking to a number of different dealerships we found on My wife and I were looking for a 2015 Toyota Highlander. After numerous searches on-line and talking to a number of different dealerships we found one that we were interested in at Toyota of North Charlotte. We drove over an hour to get to the dealership to look at the vehicle and were greeted by Wesley who took us to the vehicle that we were interested in. Wesley really knew all of the aspects and features of the Highlander we were interested in. After a test drive, my wife and I decided to see if we could get the numbers to work for us. This is were the car buying experience changed. Wesley passed us off to Stephanie Miles who handled the negotiating part of the process. I have bought several cars and this was the only time that the sales person we did the test drive with wasn't the same one that we negotiated with. Nothing wrong with this approach but it was different and kind of strange in my opinion. Stephanie was professional during negotiations that went back and forth for a while prior to us coming to an agreement. The finance process was fairly straight forward and Cathy Fraley was chipper and professional as all of the paper work was signed and finalized. The only real complaint that I had about the entire process was that we weren't offered anything to drink by the sales staff before or after we had agreed to purchase the vehicle. More

In the sales area, Christian was very considerate of my time ( my auto dealership pet peeve), He worked with me on several options (lease and buy) to ensure that I was able to select the best option for me at this particular time. Excellent Service and team work! This was our 2nd car purchased from Toyota of North Carolina and the entire process was extremely well organized with a fantastic team working with us This was our 2nd car purchased from Toyota of North Carolina and the entire process was extremely well organized with a fantastic team working with us. Edmond Oblitey met us outside and then took us to review new 2015 cars. Edmond then introduced us to Chris who handled our Finance papers and then turned us over to Kim Veney to finalized our purchase. The entire team were very knowledgeable, pleasant and patient with us. We had to return a key from our old car and Kim and Chris met with us on Monday and Kim checked out our car again because we thought there was a scratch and low and behold Kim took it off with her finger. Wow - you go girl! Toyota is fortunate to have these folks working for them and we sincerely hope that they receive the due respect they deserve. Kudos to the team we worked with. I fell in deep like. Being a recent retiree and on a fixed income, I could only pay a certain amount. Nicolette worked with me to get a payment that I could afford. Kim helped us through the financial portion. Everyone who we worked with me was kind, professional and helpful. And I like the all-weather mats. More

At first I thought, oh great, here comes a pushy salesman, can't even get out of the car! But Jerry, let me tell you, he made us feel right at home and in charge of what we wanted to do. He was not pushy at all and got a feel for what we were looking for. He has the personality personality for his job and definitely is an asset to Toyota. We decided on a car to purchase and Jerry turned us over to Steve Gregory. Steve also, took good care of us and made sure we new all our options in the finance department. Also an asset to Toyota. Our final step was with Cathy Fraley to make sure all paperwork was in order and that we had an understanding of the next steps. She is definite asset to Toyota as well. She has a wonderful personality and made us very comfortable. She also showed us features in the car that was very helpful to know before I drove away! I am very familiar with customer service and she goes above & beyond, she is the person I want helping me. Everyone we worked with couldn't have done a better job. I will definitely recommend Toyota of North Charlotte in the future. More
