I have purchased two cars from him and he always makes sure to put me in the right vehicle for the right price. David Carter took in consideration the features of the car I wanted and constantly checked on me and my family throughout the car buying process. As long as David and Michael are here at Toyota, I can definitely see myself purchasing more cars from them. Also, one part of the car buying process that is a little overwhelming is the finance part. Kim Veney took the time to explain all the documents I was signing and allowed me to ask as many questions as possible. I really loved how much everyone at this dealership is so personable, friendly, and caring. Thank you Toyota!!! More

Excellent I had an excellent service experience with Toyota of North Charlotte. This was my first time at this facility and Eric Olsen from service met me outs I had an excellent service experience with Toyota of North Charlotte. This was my first time at this facility and Eric Olsen from service met me outside and he was very friendly and helpful. I came in for a airbag recall and I asked him to check my engine light. After all was said and done Eric explained all the things that was wrong with my car and what it would cost to fix it. I asked about trading it in and I am glad to say I walk out with a new 2015 Corolla!!!!! I could not have asked for a better service person than Eric Olsen. More

Great Service I have been taking my Lexus (3) to Toyota of North Charlotte (Eric & Will) for the past 10+ years. They never seem to surprise me by going over the c I have been taking my Lexus (3) to Toyota of North Charlotte (Eric & Will) for the past 10+ years. They never seem to surprise me by going over the call of duty. This past visit they found out that I had damage on one of my tires and they took it upon themselves to find the warrantee and were able to help with the cost of replacing my tire. Anytime I need tires or service they always shop and find me the best deal and I buy from that dealership only due to their service. Now that is value!!! Eric & Will, thank you and a job well done.
