Wonderful, efficient experience While we haven't taken possession of our new 4Runner yet (its on the way though) we had a wonderful experience at Toyota of North Charlotte. Our original plans just entailed looking at the 4Runner but before we knew it a test drive was underway. Victoria Pham showed us all the options, bells and whistles available and demonstrated the impressive technology features without missing a beat. After the drive we were hooked and Brian Doyle was very through and handled all of our contract to make sure we had all the options we wanted. We then met Janell Harris to sign the documents. She was ready and organized perfectly as we made our way through the stacks. She explained each document we signed. Can't wait to go back and up our new 4Runner! More

During that time, I have mainly worked with Eric Olsen and Will Gaddy. These men are great in explaining what my vehicle needs, they let me know in advance if some major maintenance item is coming up so I will not be surprised and take great pains to explain everything to my satisfaction. My husband always said he was glad we found a service center we could trust. In fact, I called Eric for his opinion before I purchased my 2015 Highlander. As long as Eric and Will work in the service department, I will continue to bring my vehicle to this Toyota dealership and will recommend to my friends. More
