The only dealership I recommend! !!! I went with my friend to get her first real car and it was great experience ! Irresponsible Staff I went in for an auto butler service for the second time and was disappointed for the second time. I was promised transportation to my job, while they I went in for an auto butler service for the second time and was disappointed for the second time. I was promised transportation to my job, while they worked on my vehicle, and ended up being very late to work. Then, when I showed up to pick up my car, no one knew where it was - again. I kept being told that there were new workers, which is why no one knew where my car was. It was one thing for that to have been an explanation for the first time that this occurred, but by the second time it simply became a convenient excuse, which only served to further emphasize the level of blatant incompetence on the part of this particular dealership. They also kept saying that someone by the name of Wendy was "in charge." Doubt it. Needless to say, I was not pleased. At all. More
