This is my second leasing Toyota Mirai from Toyota of Orange, my first lease was a 2017 Toyota Mirai. Dante Winters was the only rep I've talked to and the main reason I've returned to this dealer. Used to Love Coming Here, Now I Don't Ever Want To Return I used to love coming here, mostly because of its clean and hospitable waiting area. But after my last experience, I do not want to come here again. M I used to love coming here, mostly because of its clean and hospitable waiting area. But after my last experience, I do not want to come here again. My car got towed in because it would not start after a barely made it to work with a check engine light, an ABS light, a battery light, an almost immovable steering wheel, and subsequent inability to start the car. My supervisor tried charging it, but it couldn't hold a charge for more than 5 minutes before everything stopped again. However, I had a new battery there that had been tested and found to be at 100% power, so we thought it might be the alternator. After the diagnostic, Aron insisted that not only do I have a defective battery, I also had a radiator hose that needed replacing. He urged me to especially get the radiator hose replaced as my car was on the verge of another breakdown. However, he said the alternator was fine. We wanted to look at the hose ourselves, so we asked him to change the battery. I also requested that they not discard the store-bought battery, so that we could get a refund on it. After replacing the battery, he called and said the alternator was bad after all. When I came for the car, I was charged a shocking $1,326.21, despite having been quoted $1,098. Then I discovered they not only disregarded my request for the return of the supposed defective battery, they returned it to Parts and charged another $30.00 to get it back when I specifically requested it be returned to me and not Parts. Aron then spent another hour just in completing the paperwork for it. I then had to leave for work, so he asked me to come back the following day. The following day, he told me Parts and Services discarded the battery. Furthermore, I checked the Multipoint Inspection, and it said my radiator system and hose were still good. All in all, the experience was not only a hassle, I was put off by Aron's intention all along to push me for more money to increase Toyota's profits. More

Refreshment and restrooms five stars. Keep everything the same , except your own shuttle service both ways More
