I just purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Robert Householder from Toyota of Orange. I was very impressed with Robert with his help in finding my car and getting the paperwork completed so when it was delivered from Toyota of Orange. I have purchased a few cars in my lifetime, and I was always subjected to the "let me check with the manager to see if we can do this" runaround, and the "check with the manager" wait time ran into many hours of sitting and waiting. This was quick and painless and I would definitely purchase again from Robert. Love my car! More

Stay away - I called them about a car, saying I didn’t want to pay a markup over MSRP and they said to not worry about that, but they can’t give quotes over the phone so to just come by. Had them run my credit, go on a test drive, etc… for them to give me a quote for 5k over MSRP. With a “market price” of 10k over, and a “dealer discount” of 5k. F&I guy was also very pushy about extended warranty. Figured I’d buy it to shut him up and call to cancel the next day. I called to cancel and the guy on the phone pretty much yelled at me because I didn’t want the extended warranty and wouldn’t let me off the phone. what should have been a 3 minute call became like 20. Stay away from this place, they’re not honest people. More
I bought my first toyota from Toyota of Orange back in 2014 and have been very satisfied with their service since then. Aron Parra is always super helpful when it comes to the maintenance. I didn't have any good luck with dealership services in the past but Toyota of Orange staff specially Aron Parra completely changed my mind. More

Beware of Jose in the service department he will say you need services you do not need. I went in with a coupon for $299 that included topping off all fluids. He never contacted us and when we contacted Jose, he said it was already done and sorry for the misunderstanding. Even in the paperwork they gave us, this type of service which is $369 is not recommended until 60,000 miles. Their tech noted that we had no transmission leeks/seeps and showed no indication of a reason for this service. My car only has 30,000 and was running just fine! Basically, my husband got scammed-I know "Buyer Beware"of Toyota of Orange Service Department. More
