Nestor answered all my questions. :) 2 test drive days later with different agent, good but not good enough like the first one. What I hated is that my gap insurance was not added. Returned to ask about it but they said it was my responsibility to read my contract... $200 Added for mats, this and that, But not the most important thing for me. Gap insurance. I know they have to make profit but please. More

Worst used car sales people = Toyota of Orlando I went in to Toyota of Orlando to look for the next car as my lease is coming up. The sales department had pursued me tirelessly with numerous phoneca I went in to Toyota of Orlando to look for the next car as my lease is coming up. The sales department had pursued me tirelessly with numerous phonecalls asking me to stop by so they can offer their best deals for me. I had notified that I will visit and went to Toyota of Orlando as planned. As I parked, a lot sales person named John came and promptly helped collect my information and showed me several options based on my needs. He did a decent job I would say, Horror started once he walked me back to the office where I was met by a person who was to help me learn about pricing and financing options. This person started off asking what car I wanted. I replied that I had just identified a few choices and it will help if he gives me confirmation on the pricing and financing options to start making a decision. The sales person said that if I had a few cars in consideration, I would have to buy all of them but I may not have the money to do so. I told him that the comment is not appropriate and that his expectation in me to make a decision in an instant is not appropriate. He promptly responded saying it is a waste of time talking to me and his showroom is full of customers and walked away. I am amazed at the audacity of a car salesman to speak this way to an existing customer who is actually a damn near certain repeat customer especially in cases of leasing. He has no regard for his organization or respect for the customers who come and does an outright horrible job due to his bad attitude and unprofessional behavior. If Toyota of Orlando is not observing this type of behavior in its sales people and correcting it, I am convinced that they too feel exactly the way the salesman felt. They have many customers and they do not have to care for one at a time. Good luck guys, I have choices and I will go anywhere but this place More

Not a Bad Experience I'm a first time buyer and owner so I was pretty.... not nervous per say but definitely cautious. It turned out not to be a bad experience at all. Disappointed I will keep this short. I saw Toyota of Orlando advertised a 2015 4 Runner Limited for $24995. I confirmed with: 1. AutoTrader, Cars.com and Toyota o I will keep this short. I saw Toyota of Orlando advertised a 2015 4 Runner Limited for $24995. I confirmed with: 1. AutoTrader, Cars.com and Toyota of Orlando (TOO) website that this price was listed correctly. I then called Jenny or Jennie at TOO, and she too mentioned a price of $24,995. She confirmed it. So I go to the dealership and test drive this vehicle, which was on the lot yet, and am willing to buy. My show person takes my info to the “desk” and they come back and tell me: “there’s been a mistake.” The vehicle is not $24,995 but $34,900. I ask to speak with the owner. They sent: a lead salesperson, a Director of Sales and then a General Sales Manager. I asked for the owner and the GSM gave me Joe Siviglia’s name. I couldn’t find his contact number, but, through the process of elimination found his son’s name: Spencer. I SAW him at the dealership when I was there—not good. I was told that no one from ownership was there at the time, so another lie. I can understand a pricing mistake, but I feel TOO didn’t really go out of their way to make this right—since it was their error. Also, no integrity on the owner’s son being at the dealership—since he is the Director of Operations. He does have a nice home, however. Maybe he can afford eat the $10,000 mistake. More
