We were greeted by Nevelle who escorted us to the part of the lot where we looked at both the 2016 and the 2017 cars. Knowing what we wanted and what we were willing to pay made the process much easier. The test drive proved successful, and Nevelle, who we found out later was a new employee, guided us through the process of working with Marcos Cruz to start the paperwork. Marcos crafted a plan for our purchase guickly and efficiently, matching our budget restrictions to our purchase. We were then turned over to the finance representative, John Wagenblast. The process of buying a car was smooth, quick, and thorough. Each person we dealt with made us very happy. This is our 4th purchase from this dealership.... This was the best experience so far. More
