Great Customer Service Ob Saturday, July 24, I went to learn about leasing a Rav4. I was setup to meet with Amanda. However, she was unavailable and set us up with Rafael. We also worked with Ismael Rodriguez. He worked super hard and fast for us. He was able to get me approved for a 2016 Carmy. He also was great to work with. Then I went to Finance and worked with John Wagenblast. He went over the paperwork in detail at my speed. He got me out quickly and great to work with. Thid experience was overall great. More

They were very helpful, professional, got me into a lease and took the rental I had and I was out of there with 2016 Camry n less than 2 hour. Dessiree Figuero compeleted the deal in having the finishing touches done like setting up bluetooth, appt for tint and explaining all the fine features of the car. I was totally impressed. I was expecting negotiating and a hassell but the process was simple , stress free and extremely satisfied. Thank you Toyota of Orlando!!!! More

Excellent!!! Was in the market for a new Sequoia as the family is getting older/bigger and the Tacoma's weren't cutting it anymore. I started off at Toyota of Cle Was in the market for a new Sequoia as the family is getting older/bigger and the Tacoma's weren't cutting it anymore. I started off at Toyota of Clermont, but they did not have any Sequoia's on the lot. They referred me to their sister company; Toyota of Orlando. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Rick. He showed us a couple different models and then I left for the day telling Rick I would contact him if there were any further interest. Needless to say, I was back down there the following day as they had the exact model, color, interior, etc that I was looking for. Rick took us for a test drive and I was instantly dead set on leaving with this vehicle so long as they were just as interested in selling it. Rick then introduced us to the negotiator whose name I cannot recall. However, he sits just outside of Nichole Peters office (if that helps). My experience with this individual was just as pleasant, although we did go back and forth on pricing for quite some time. In the end, I was happy with the outcome as we were able to find some common ground. Once we came to an agreement on pricing, I was then escorted to Nichole Peters office for paperwork signing. Nichole made the process very painless and she was a pleasure to deal with. Overall, we were in and out of there in about 3.5 hours and my experience with the Toyota of Orlando staff couldn't have been better. Will return for future purchases!! More
