We agreed upon a price for a new Highlander quickly and I made an appointment to pick it up and do paperwork first thing the next morning. We prepared ourselves to be bamboozled and lied to when we arrived (since we had horrible experiences at the TWO different Chevy dealers just a week before), BUT HOLY COW! Not only was the car we agreed upon ready to go for us, the price was still the same! Jerry Sun and Mike D'Acosta met us at the door with nothing but kindness and professionalism...actually we were treated more like old friends that haven't seen each other in ages (which was so refreshing). Jerry made the process effortless, always with a smile on his face and the BEST attitude! Then financing...What a pleasure! YES a pleasure! Nichole Peters was truly amazing. She explained everything thoroughly and was a sweetheart thru all our questions and kids interruptions. This place is now HOME and we will recommend Toyota of Orlando to ALL our family and friends.
