We did extensive research on both cars before going to the dealership. After Rick helped us take a test drive in the Rav 4, we were basically sold. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and not too pushy. The financial negotiations were a little more difficult, but Tom Diaz helped us close the deal. He even gave us a very thorough tour of the dealership, for our future visits. Finally, Karelis Tirado in the Finance department had us sign the final papers and helped me connect my phone to the Bluetooth system for our drive home. Thank you all, we love our new car! More

However, when my family and I went to Toyota of Orlando looking to buy a 2016 Toyota Rav4, our experience was a lot better than I ever expected. Rick Lulves approached us in the parking lot. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us the car that met our needs. He was very knowledge. He wasn't pushy like most car salesman. Once we found the vehicle we liked, he introduced us to Aundre Robertson. He was amazing as well. He was professional, polite and was wonderful to deal with. Once his job was done, he passed us to Moen Almasri who took care of us in the shortest amount of time and made this experience a great one.
