I told him straight forward what we wanted, and he told us straight forward what he could do for us, since he looked honest I took it a promise! to resume the whole experience, all I can say is that I have a Brand new Tacoma with nice wheels and nice Interior and best of everything I didn't break the bank. We did extensive research on both cars before going to the dealership. After Rick helped us take a test drive in the Rav 4, we were basically sold. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and not too pushy. The financial negotiations were a little more difficult, but Tom Diaz helped us close the deal. He even gave us a very thorough tour of the dealership, for our future visits. Finally, Karelis Tirado in the Finance department had us sign the final papers and helped me connect my phone to the Bluetooth system for our drive home. Thank you all, we love our new car! More
