However, when my family and I went to Toyota of Orlando looking to buy a 2016 Toyota Rav4, our experience was a lot better than I ever expected. Rick Lulves approached us in the parking lot. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us the car that met our needs. He was very knowledge. He wasn't pushy like most car salesman. Once we found the vehicle we liked, he introduced us to Aundre Robertson. He was amazing as well. He was professional, polite and was wonderful to deal with. Once his job was done, he passed us to Moen Almasri who took care of us in the shortest amount of time and made this experience a great one. I would definitely recommend asking for Aundre if anyone is looking to buy a vehicle from this dealership! Thank you all! More
