Their first rediculous interest rate with a 695 credit score was exactly why we left. And when I asked the finance manager if he had any other banks who could look at he said "No". With that we left. Within 15 mins they miraculously found a bank with a decent interest rate. We had already started to visit other local dealerships. My mother fell in love with the car, otherwise I would tell you all to go pound sand. The financial rep Nichole Peters was awesome and so was the salesman Jarred. I wish those two had their own dealership so I could buy more cars from them. More

Quick n Easy no hassel or haggling once the price was given I came to the dealership expecting to buy a newer used 2016 Camry model. Antonio informed me I could get a new vehicle for just a little more. I was I came to the dealership expecting to buy a newer used 2016 Camry model. Antonio informed me I could get a new vehicle for just a little more. I was skeptical, but saw the exact model, color, and features I wanted for just a thousand more than a used price. We sat and went over the deals and offers, which I declined, he did not pressure me anymore after that. If he did, I would of walked away to buy a different vehicle altogether. I like that in a salesperson who listens to his customer's wishes. After this negotiation, if that, I had to wait for usual paperwork and signed with Kimber, who even came out and cleaned and wipe my windows and placed the tags on the car. A total of 3 hours and I was gone. I would buy again from here. Side note: I purchased window tinting, brought the car in a few days later for apmt. I received a voucher for a Hertz rental. Upon returning the rental 5hrs later (waited for my car service) and I only drove locally under 10miles, if that. I put 1.2gal back into the rental before returning but I was charged 3 separate occasions over 3 different days, small charges $4 and $5 on my CC from Hertz. I called repeatedly and still have not heard why (said looking into charges but cannot explain them). I prefer old days of a loaner car and no ridiculous fuel charges. Still TBD More
