Since it was Memorial Day, the showroom was crowded with buyers (they had the largest sales day in the history of the dealership) we waited a long time to close with finance. When we bought the Highlander two years earlier, the sale went very quickly. Taking delivery of the car was rushed, and after we drove it for a few days, we noticed that the wheels were out of balance. The dealership fixed that as soon as we brought it in.
