Quick decision on Memorial Day Wife and I decided at the last moment to trade in our 2014 Highlander for something roomier for the driver (me). We found a 4 Runner Premium we liked and the negotiations were pretty straight forward - although they pressed to buy the extended warrantee. Since it was Memorial Day, the showroom was crowded with buyers (they had the largest sales day in the history of the dealership) we waited a long time to close with finance. When we bought the Highlander two years earlier, the sale went very quickly. Taking delivery of the car was rushed, and after we drove it for a few days, we noticed that the wheels were out of balance. The dealership fixed that as soon as we brought it in. Our finance/closer Dessiree Figueroa did the paperwork expediently. More
