I brought my Ford 150 in for repairs to the Collision Center at Toyota of Orlando and from the initial contact - the appraisal of damages - through to the pick-up of my repaired pick-up, excellence was the norm. A Holiday made a scheduled rental vehicle inapplicable, but it was not the rental company who prevented my being stranded - it was the team at Toyota of Orlando. We (my wife and I) also own a 2015 Prius and based on our experience at Toyota of Orlando have decided to make this dealership our new service home and our future first stop when we are ready to purchase or lease our next Toyota. They made me come 3 times to sign papers that should of been handled at purchase and sold me car with a warped tir My experience was OK but not great.
