A very personable gentleman He explained the service that would be done before and after on my 2015 Tacoma. My appointment was at 10:30 and I was out of there at exactly 11:30! Sweet, since I took the day off work and didn't really want to spend the whole day there. Quick and precise some of the many reasons I will continue doing business with Toyota of Orlando. Ray even asked if it was okay to was my truck. Of course I said YES ! Especially since I haven't had the time to wash it myself. These are the reasons I gave Ray a five star rating. Very Arrogant was ready to buy a car but he explained to me very sarcastically and with an attitude that the quote I was given is invalid. The price I was quoted w was ready to buy a car but he explained to me very sarcastically and with an attitude that the quote I was given is invalid. The price I was quoted was excluded from the 0%apr financing incentive on 2016 vehicles. Kyle was very rude. He rolled his eyes and laughed while giving me a quote that was $5,000 more than initially given. For this reason I am willing to pay the same price he quoted at another dealership 3 hours away. I will never suggest or refer anyone to this dealership. I was willing to make a purchase and there was not even an offer for any negotiation. I was initially told that Toyota of Orlando is trying to be really "aggressive" this month and for memorial day weekend. I doubt the goal of 1000 cars will be met if they are passing up on potential sales. He did not understand that I WILL be purchasing a car this weekend. I had $5000 to put down on the car today and was ready to negotiate, but a lack of effort and a bad attitude on his behalf led me out the door very unhappy. It seems that he never learned proper customer service. I suggest training or educating him so you do not lose more customers. More
