First Time Customer I have seen the commercials on television for years with that dog and the guy walking down the line showing some sales. I finally gave in and checked out their prices online. I have a local Toyota dealership closer to me, but the prices and inventory were not even close to Toyota of Orlando. I had about 6 cars in total that I wanted to see in person. When I arrived in was greeted by a manager who had someone show me around to the cars I was interested in. I narrowed it down to two and test drove both. I made my decision on a 2014 Scion TC. I've been there almost an hour now, and not once had someone asked me "How much do you want to pay each month"? Now that's important because that is a big mistake to tell a salesman because then they know how much they can get out of you by either adding dealer interest or giving you less for your trade or anything really. I finally met my salesman. I don't even know if I can call him that because there was never any selling going on. I told him what I wanted and he helped me get it. By the way his name is John Cruz. I'm guessing he may be less experienced just based on his age and he didn't come off as a creep, but next time I'm ready for a vehicle I am definitely asking for John Cruz. Also, the finance guy did a great job. He even helped me get some stuff out my old car and when signing for everything he was very respectful and acted like a person. Last thing is I forgot a small bag in the trunk of my old car, and when I emailed my salesman John Cruz he had it sent to me and it was at my door with 2 day delivery. Best car buying experience I have had in the last 20 years and 10+ vehicles I've purchased. More

Awful. Worse than awful. Just sleazy . If you are intelligent and you know what you want as a customer you will realize very quickly this is not the place you want be. We told them over . We told them over an hour what we would be willing to pay for a tundra and they kept saying they would make it happen and coming back with different deals that were not nearly as good as Miracle Toyota in Davenport. I asked them not to waste my time and told them exactly what I expected and they played games with us until we just had to walk out. Also be cautious of any dealership that doesn't bring you an itemized list of top to bottom fees initially. This dealership just wanted us to give them a price we were willing to pay monthly in order manipulate their fees. More
