Nichole Peters, Finance Rep was so very helpful in getting our plates transferred since the computer was down the day we purchased car. She expeditiously sent registration via email and was a pleasure to speak with. You would do well to have more personnel staffed with their wisdom and patience and care and a great sense of humor. Our only negative encounter was with "Bud" I think he was one of the directors of sales. He was hell bent on getting us to lease purchase. And used our personal properties and my husband's car and information on our credit report as an example of how we could have saved monies. When we vehemently explained to him 4 times we are going to purchase, he abruptly stood up and said, "he was needed elsewhere "and walked away . No hand shake no thank you, just a rude pushy condescending manner. We were not going to come back the next day, but my husband and I came back because of Jeremy and Dakota. Bud needs to practice active listening. All customers have different needs and wants. Overall the experience was good . More

Aundre and Desiree walked me through every phase of the process, and being diabetic Aundre gave me water and purchased a snack for me. I must say, I have always left dealerships with a bad taste in my mouth, because I would always feel as though the person I was dealing with was only after commission. This was not the case here.
