He came back to us while we were waiting and told us what was going on and that we would not have to wait too much longer. We were at the service department about 1 hour or less. We really can't grade on the quality of work until we bring the car back for the oil lost that we are having. Toyota had it sealed. But, I personally think it will be OK. More

Toyota of Orlando: Start to Finish of the American dream On Friday, March 4th , I purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Orlando.Upon arrival at this"Toyota of Orlando," car dealership; I was greeted by "OLeg( On Friday, March 4th , I purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Orlando.Upon arrival at this"Toyota of Orlando," car dealership; I was greeted by "OLeg(car sales person)," who walked me to an appropriate seating area , while he went to find James Lyle(the manager) who re- introduced Oleg as my assigned salesperson, Aundre as my assigned consultant; who then offered me refreshment of choice as he began to work on the requirements to fulfill my visit. These workers had their heart in their work; Oleg directed me to the selection of my new ride while Aundre did the consultation work get me up and running as James co-ordinated the researched which led to the best fit for my budget. I was finally directed to Nichole Peters; the financial representative who puts the icing on the cake allowing me to complete the experience of the "Start to Finish of the American dream," as she explains the final process in understanding what takes place at signing a new car contract. The "Drive Off the Lot," moment had Nichole Peters, kimber Williams and Aundre Robertson escorted to the vehicle where these dedicated "Toyota of Orlando,"employees,individually took turns to give the walk through on new vehicle;demonstrating the functions and the added features,for my safety and operation of my new ride!
