Nichole was the best part about the dealership Nichole Peters (financial representative) explained everything to me as far as price and my options more efficiently than the sales specialists who ke Nichole Peters (financial representative) explained everything to me as far as price and my options more efficiently than the sales specialists who kept pushing papers in front of me and pressuring me to sign when I kept saying I wanted more time to think about the purchase. By the time the sales specialists sent me to Nichole I was confused with how the sale even got to this point. The sales specialists had thrown so many numbers and payment options at me that I was confused on what I agreed to pay and completely flustered and upset with the whole situation. Whenever I had any questions the sales specialist kept saying the financial adviser could answer that instead of answering my questions himself. Nichole explained everything from what my down payment was going towards and what my trade in covered. When I realized the sales specialists had talked me in to something I didn't want Nichole got the manager, Bud, to step in and help come to price and payment method I was more satisfied with. Overall I wasn't happy with the sales specialist that helped me. If it wasn't for the financial adviser, Nichole Peters and the manager Bud, I probably wouldn't have gone through with the sale. If you're purchasing a car from this place and get sent to a financial adviser I suggest you request Nichole. Nichole explains everything more effectively, isn't pushy and is very friendly. If I could give five stars to only one person it would be Nichole Peters. My overall experience with the dealership itself isn't one I'd like to think about. More

My family and I drove down, test drove the vehicle and purchased it in an afternoon. Nichole Peters went through all of the financial aspects of the purchase and made what I've considered the most painful part of the car purchase pleasantly pain free. To my surprise, there were no hidden fees, and no aggressive attempts to sell extended warranties or other unwanted services or gimmicks. This dealership is top notch with a great selection of cars and fair, honest, professional sales and service people. I'll definately be a repeat customer. More
